Entry Level Analyst

Position Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Analyst to support compliance monitoring, risk assessments, internal controls, and regulatory initiatives. This role partners with cross-functional teams to identify risks, strengthen processes, and ensure adherence to applicable regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct compliance reviews, testing, and risk assessments.
• Identify control gaps, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Prepare compliance reports, workpapers, and documentation.
• Monitor regulatory and industry changes.
• Partner with business teams to support compliance initiatives.
• Assist with policies, procedures, controls, and special projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Compliance, Risk Management, or related field.
• 1+ year of experience in compliance, audit, risk management, financial services, or related field.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred

• Experience with regulatory compliance, auditing, risk assessment, or compliance testing.
• Familiarity with laws, regulations, internal controls, and data analysis.
