Analyst

Analysis (main focus) • Analyse each task given and carry out the work accordingly • Create assignments from session PPTs • Analyse the assignment questions to check that they are correct and match the session content • Check the responses given by clients and review them for completeness and accuracy • Evaluate the content of submissions against the expected standard and the training objectives • Analyse assignment data, including submissions, scores, pending work and delays, for every client • Keep trackers and data in Excel or Google Sheets organised and up to date Client coordination • Send reminders to clients before the last date of each assignment, and follow up until the work is submitted • Coordinate with client employees for queries or anything related to their work • Inform trainers and management about delays or problems • Coordinate with trainers on assignment details and timelines Requirements Experience • 1 to 2 years of experience in analysis, operations, training coordination or a similar role

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
