Responsibilities

• Develop job descriptions, identify target companies and candidates, conduct initial phone interviews
• Assist consultants in preparing & executing presentations and other project documents
• Master executive search software and AI-enabled tools, learning to use them effectively for quality and speed
• Develop a deep understanding of the executive search process to form a basis for future career development

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of recruitment or related experience preferably within an international environment
• Interest in understanding different industries, companies and leadership roles
• Strong attention to detail and ability to structure information clearly
• Confident use of LinkedIn, databases, and AI-enabled tools
• Excellent time management, analytical and communication skills
• Advanced English
