Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and execute real-time index calculations for Equity and Fixed Income indices.
• Investigate data discrepancies and calculation anomalies.
• Manage index calculation, validation, and timely publication within SLA timelines.
• Handle corporate actions and maintain index constituent data.
• Validate market, pricing, and reference data.
• Prepare and publish index notices for index changes/events.
• Execute index rebalancing and reconstitution activities.
• Conduct company research for index portfolio reviews.
• Resolve client queries and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
• Support onboarding of new indices, testing, UAT, and production deployments.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.

Must-Have Skills

2+ years of experience in:

• Index Operations
• Index Administration
• Index Data Operations

Strong knowledge of:

• Index Methodologies
• Corporate Actions
• Financial Market Data
• Equity & Fixed Income Markets

Technical Skills:

• Advanced Excel (Mandatory)
• SQL (Preferred)
• Python (Preferred)
• Automation Tools (Preferred)

Data Vendors Exposure:

• Refinitiv
• FactSet
• S&P Capital IQ (CapIQ)

Other Requirements:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience handling large datasets
• Ability to work under strict deadlines

• Open to permanent night shifts
