Turnkey Processing is seeking an analytical and highly communicative Pricing Analyst – Sales Support to help our sales and service teams make accurate, profitable decisions for our merchant processing portfolio. You will learn to analyze merchant pricing and profitability, prepare proposals, research discrepancies, maintain pricing tools, and explain your findings to team members.

This is an analytical support role—not a sales or cold-calling position. You will help others make informed pricing decisions rather than sell directly to merchants.

Prior merchant-processing or pricing experience is not required. You will receive structured training and guidance from experienced team members as you learn merchant statements, processing costs, pricing structures, profitability analysis, residuals, commissions, and our internal tools and processes. As your knowledge develops, you will take on increasingly complex analyses, make more independent recommendations, and become a trusted internal resource.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn to analyze merchant statements, processing costs, pricing, and profitability to identify discrepancies and support accurate recommendations.
• Assist sales representatives with statement analysis, equipment and processing proposals, pricing guidance, rate reviews, and commission-related questions.
• Research discrepancies by reviewing available information, identifying possible causes, and working with experienced team members to determine appropriate solutions.
• Maintain pricing models, spreadsheets, analysis tools, templates, and internal documentation with a high degree of accuracy.
• As your knowledge develops, assist with commission audits, merchant onboarding analysis, merchant cash advance reviews, process improvements, and related projects.
• Produce accurate analyses and proposals while requiring progressively less review as your knowledge develops.
• Research discrepancies thoroughly and explain your findings in a clear, practical way.
• Become a dependable resource for sales and service team members with pricing-related questions.

• Strong numerical and analytical aptitude: You enjoy working with numbers, recognizing patterns, and investigating information that does not appear correct.
• Excellent attention to detail: You check your work carefully and care about producing accurate calculations and information.
• Clear English communication: You are comfortable asking questions, explaining your reasoning, and collaborating with different personalities.
• Curiosity and initiative: When you do not know an answer, you investigate, use available resources, and ask thoughtful questions.
• Ability to learn quickly: You can absorb unfamiliar concepts, terminology, systems, and processes and apply what you learn to new situations.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or another analytical discipline is preferred.
• Recent graduates and early-career candidates with strong analytical and communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets for formulas, calculations, sorting, filtering, and organizing information, with the ability and interest to develop more advanced spreadsheet skills.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze information, solve problems, and communicate your reasoning clearly through school, internships, projects, or previous employment.
• Previous experience in pricing, financial analysis, banking, accounting, sales operations, or merchant services is helpful but not required.
