**Role Description The Performance Analyst role at Wells Fargo Advisors is a full-time position based in the Los Angeles El Segundo office. The Performance Analyst will support a nationally recognized financial advisor team by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting market, client, and portfolio data to inform recommendations and reporting. Day-to-day responsibilities may include preparing analytical reports and dashboards, assisting with investment and risk analyses, supporting project initiatives, and ensuring data accuracy and regulatory compliance in all deliverables. The role will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to process improvements, and communicate insights in a clear, structured manner to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including experience with data analysis, financial modeling, and interpreting market or portfolio metrics.

• Solid communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly in written reports, presentations, and verbal discussions.
• Knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and risk concepts; prior experience in wealth management, banking, or financial services is beneficial.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy, documentation, and adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, collaborate with diverse teams, and manage time and competing priorities independently.
