Analyst

Key Responsibilities

1. Research & Strategic Analysis

• Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to support strategic planning and business development.
• Analyze industry developments, economic trends and emerging business opportunities.
• Prepare analytical reports, strategic papers and recommendations for management.

2. Sustainability & ESG

• Conduct research and analysis on sustainability trends, ESG frameworks, policies and best practices.
• Support the development, implementation and monitoring of sustainability and ESG initiatives.
• Evaluate ESG performance indicators and contribute to sustainability reporting.
• Identify opportunities to integrate sustainable practices into organizational strategies and operations.

3. Market Research & Intelligence

• Conduct market research, industry benchmarking and competitor analysis.
• Identify market opportunities, emerging trends, potential partnerships and business risks.
• Prepare market intelligence reports, feasibility assessments and strategic recommendations.

4. Proposal Development & Report Writing

• Develop comprehensive business proposals, project concept papers, research proposals and strategic reports.
• Prepare feasibility studies, project justifications and presentations for management and stakeholders.
• Support the preparation of funding proposals, grant applications and business development documentation.
• Ensure all proposals and reports are well-researched, evidence-based and professionally presented.

5. Stakeholder Engagement & Project Support

• Collaborate with internal departments, external stakeholders, and industry partners.
• Support strategic projects, research initiatives, and organizational improvement programs.
• Monitor project progress and prepare updates for management.
