Analyst, Commercial Analytics

Introduction:

The Analyst, Revenue Operations Analytics & Reporting supports the Commercial & Market Analytics team by developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards, tracking key business KPIs, and delivering actionable insights that support revenue growth and operational performance. This role partners with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting, data integrity, and visibility into commercial performance

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Manage KPI scorecards and performance tracking for Revenue Operations and commercial teams.
• Monitor data quality and ensure accuracy of reporting solutions.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses and research to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into actionable reporting and analytical solutions.
• Support business reviews, forecasting activities, and leadership reporting.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams on analytics initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or revenue operations.
• Strong Power BI skills including data modeling, DAX, and visualization development.
• Advanced Excel and analytical problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience working with KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
