Analyst - Compliance Ops (LDE)

Job Purpose This position will be responsible for sourcing and identifying CIP and KYC information related to private companies domiciled in the USA.

Key responsibilities

The role requires an individual to review available KYC information and either validate or source information from government databases, data aggregators, company websites, company annual reports & regulatory filings and other open-source reliable sources. The KYC information will cover:

The individual will be working in close partnership with the operations teams to ensure accurate and complete data quality.

Job Purpose Business information: registration details

Demographic information: offices, number of employees, sales, etc.

Ownership information: assessing ownership and/or control structures of a company

Nature of business: identifying nature of a company’s business and assessing potential AML risks

Analysis of high-risk business: conducting in-depth assessments of businesses that pose significant AML risks

Graduate degree (any stream)

Good verbal and written communication skills

Aptitude for research

Ability to make sound decisions supported by logical reasoning

Working knowledge of MS Excel
