Analyst, Corporate Finance (IFA/FA)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the structuring of financial transactions, including but not limited to capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, and special situations advisory.
• Conduct thorough financial analyses and modeling to support strategic recommendations for clients.
• Participate in the development of tailored financial solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients.
• Support senior advisors in preparing detailed presentations, reports, and documentation for client engagements.
• Engage in market research and competitive analysis relevant to client projects, ensuring data-driven insights inform advisory strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to execute advisory mandates effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of proven, hands-on experience in corporate finance
• Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and valuation.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential; Cantonese proficiency is a strong advantage.
