Position Summary

Crimson Brand Partners is seeking a motivated and technology-driven Analyst, CRM and Systems Integration to help power our CRM ecosystem and support the future of revenue operations in college athletics.

This role will play a key part in managing and optimizing Salesforce, maintaining integrations across our technology stack, and developing the tools that enable our sales and service teams to work smarter. From connecting platforms to building dashboards, automating workflows, and ensuring accurate data flows across systems, you will help transform our technology into a more connected, efficient, and data-driven operation.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, working with business systems, and building practical solutions that have a measurable impact. You will gain hands-on experience across CRM administration, systems integration, automation, analytics, and revenue technology while helping enhance the fan and customer experience in college athletics.

Key Responsibilities
CRM Administration & Development

  • Administer, configure, and continuously improve Salesforce to support sales, service, marketing, and fan engagement operations.
  • Build and maintain Salesforce campaigns, leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, tasks, and other CRM objects to support business processes.
  • Configure assignment rules, record ownership, queues, permissions, validation rules, page layouts, and other platform settings.
  • Maintain accurate, consistent, and reliable CRM data through data-quality checks, deduplication, process improvements, and appropriate data governance practices.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for Salesforce-related questions, requests, and troubleshooting.

Systems Integration & Technical Operations

  • Establish, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications within the organization's technology stack.
  • Monitor data synchronization and integration workflows to identify, investigate, and resolve failed or incomplete data transfers.
  • Troubleshoot API connectivity, authentication, field mapping, data transformation, and configuration issues, escalating complex technical issues to vendors or senior technical resources when needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to configure integrations, test enhancements, coordinate updates, and ensure reliable system performance.
  • Document integration architecture, data flows, configuration changes, troubleshooting steps, and standard operating procedures.

Reporting & Dashboards

  • Develop and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, custom report types, and targeted lists that provide actionable insights to sales, service, and leadership teams.
  • Translate business requirements into clear reporting solutions that track leads, opportunities, campaign performance, sales activity, customer engagement, and operational performance.
  • Investigate reporting discrepancies, validate underlying data, and ensure reports accurately reflect business activity. Improve reporting accessibility and usability so teams can make informed decisions with less manual effort.

Workflow Automation & Process Improvement

  • Build, maintain, and troubleshoot Salesforce Flows and other declarative automation tools.
  • Automate lead assignment, task creation, notifications, follow-up processes, campaign workflows, and other repetitive business activities.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify existing processes, reduce manual work, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Test new configurations and automations before deployment to ensure accuracy, reliability, and minimal disruption to users. Maintain documentation for workflows, business rules, and system changes.

Collaboration & Business Support

  • Partner with teams to understand their needs and deliver practical technology solutions.
  • Support the effective use of CRM tools through user training, documentation, and ongoing technical assistance.
  • Stay informed about Salesforce capabilities, integration best practices, and emerging CRM technologies that could benefit the organization.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent practical experience may be considered.
  • Foundational experience with Salesforce through professional work, internships, academic projects, or hands-on development in a Salesforce environment.
  • Understanding of CRM concepts, including leads, contacts, accounts, campaigns, opportunities, and sales processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues, investigate data discrepancies, and identify practical solutions.
  • Familiarity with reporting, dashboards, data management, and business process automation.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Willingness to learn new systems, take ownership of assigned responsibilities, and collaborate across teams.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification or active progress toward certification.
  • Experience building Salesforce reports, dashboards, Flows, custom fields, and assignment rules.
  • Exposure to REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, JSON, or other common integration concepts.
  • Familiarity with integrating CRM platforms with sales engagement, marketing automation, or conversational AI tools such as Outreach and Conversica.
  • Experience with data imports, exports, synchronization, and troubleshooting integration failures.
  • Familiarity with ticketing, sports, entertainment, higher education, or other customer-focused industries.
