Analyst Developer

Job Description & Skill Requirement:
Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business partner operations to understand strengths and weaknesses and identify opportunities to automate processes and functions.
• Assist in business process redesign and documentation for new technology.
• Translate high-level business requirements into functional specifications for the IT organization and manage changes to specifications.
• Facilitate communication between business units and IT from initial requirements through final implementation.
• Work with business partners to align technology solutions with business strategies.
• Support several moderately complex business processes.
• Assist Project Managers with project plans and project planning tools.
• Assume Project Manager responsibilities for smaller projects, including preparing and facilitating project plans.
• Conduct feasibility studies to assess cost/benefit, efficiency, and technical viability of solutions.
• Coach less experienced staff.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Experience:

• 4 6 years of relevant technical or business work experience.

• Knowledge of business requirements and corporate priorities.
• Ability to gather and refine complex business requirements.
• Ability to recommend or make decisions regarding business requirements and interdependencies.
• Ability to develop complex business cases.
• Ability to create impact analysis and make recommendations.
• Ability to present and defend complex positions and strategies for business decisions, processes, and plans.
• Knowledge of compliance, governance structures, and audit principles.
• Understanding of business architecture and its relationship to other architectures.
• Ability to assess corporate impacts of changes and recommend strategies to senior management.
