Job Description

At Lawand, the Documentation Analyst will support the export operations team by assisting in the preparation, verification, and maintenance of export shipment documents. The role involves coordinating with internal departments and logistics partners to ensure smooth and timely processing of export shipments.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining export records, tracking shipments, and supporting senior team members in handling documentation activities while adhering to company procedures and export compliance guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing export documents, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Shipping Bills, Bills of Lading/Air Waybills, and Certificates of Origin.
• Verify documents for accuracy and completeness before submission.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and clearing agents to facilitate shipment processing.
• Maintain and organize physical and digital records of export documentation.
• Track export shipments and update internal records with the latest shipment status.
• Coordinate with internal departments, including Sales, Accounts, and Production, to ensure smooth order execution.
• Support senior team members in handling export documentation activities and resolving escalations.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable export regulations.

Must-Have

• Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with intermediate-level Excel skills.
• Basic knowledge of export/import documentation will be an added advantage.
