As a Graduate…

…you will have the opportunity to gain on-the-job experience and training with exposure to exciting opportunities. You will have the opportunity to rotate and work with different teams within the Function, working along side some of our best SMEs. You will also be supported by our Graduate Programme which provides a structured learning experience.

This role offers two six-month rotations across Group Office and Asia, providing broad exposure to finance systems, operational accounting and AI-enabled process improvement. Based in Malaysia, you will support priority projects while building practical finance and transformation experience.

You will have the opportunity to…

• Complete two six-month rotations, one within Group Office and one within the Asia finance team.
• Support finance systems activities and contribute to a broader process uplift, building on the work previously undertaken by interns.
• Develop familiarity with the general ledger, including running reports, reviewing data and supporting basic operational accounting activities.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, exceptions and opportunities for process improvement.
• Work with stakeholders to select a current finance pain point and define clear requirements for improvement.
• Use an appropriate AI tool to design, test and implement a solution that automates or simplifies the selected process.
• Provide flexible project support across Group Finance and the Asia region, sharing progress and recommendations with relevant stakeholders.

What we are looking for…

We are looking for a curious and proactive graduate who is keen to build a career in finance and contribute to practical process improvement.

• An undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, business, information systems, data analytics or a related discipline.
• A basic understanding of accounting principles and an interest in operational accounting and finance systems.
• Strong learning agility and curiosity, with the confidence to explore unfamiliar systems, processes and technologies.
• Engages in learning activities and is interested in understanding different ways of doing things including the key activities performed by others in team
• A collaborative and proactive approach, with clear communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders across Group Office and Asia.
• Adapts to changes quickly, flexibly and easily
• Builds diverse networks and cooperative key working relationships to work in partnership with others
• Analytical problem-solving skills, attention to detail and a focus on delivering practical outcomes.
• Comfortable working with data and Microsoft Office tools.
• Exposure to ERP, reporting, automation or AI tools would be advantageous.
