Analyst, Financial Reporting and Controllership

The Specialist, Financial Reporting role is responsible for the preparation of financial reporting requirements for external reporting either for interim or for audit purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform month-end closing activities, including accruals, provisions, amortization, and PFRS-related entries.
• Prepare and reconcile general ledger, bank, and intercompany accounts, ensuring accurate supporting schedules.
• Monitor and resolve reconciliation variances, aging items, and balance sheet accounts.
• Prepare, analyze, and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and regulatory reports.
• Support external audits and ensure timely compliance with BIR, SEC, and other reporting requirements.
• Manage fixed asset accounting, including acquisitions, depreciation, reconciliations, tagging, and physical inventory.
• Conduct financial analysis, variance reporting, and provide insights on actual performance.
• Drive process improvements and support inventory count and other accounting initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Holds a degree of BS Accountancy Training and Certification Preferably CPA Experience

• With an experience on Financial statement preparation

• Adept with the latest financial reporting standards
