Join IRB Framework as an analyst and contribute to improving, maintaining and documenting models that are central to Danske Bank’s risk management and regulatory compliance.
About The Team IRB Framework is part of Group Risk Analytics and is responsible for maintaining and operating Danske Bank’s Internal Ratings Based (IRB) models. Our team covers the Loss Given Default (LGD), Conversion Factor (CF) and Automated Valuation Models (AVM).

About The Role We are looking for an Analyst who is motivated to develop skills across data analysis, Python and stakeholder collaboration. You will contribute to tasks covering hands on analytical work and business oriented analysis, both independently and with guidance and support from experienced colleagues.

Danske Bank offers a flexible and hybrid working model, with a minimum of three days per week onsite. Our culture is rooted in team up, be open and own it, and we actively support both professional and personal development. The position is based in Vilnius, Lithuania and does not include a relocation allowance
