Analyst - Human Resources

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Assist in recruitment processes, including screening and hiring candidates.
• Source potential candidates through various channels to meet talent acquisition needs.
• Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure end-to-end recruitment processes run smoothly.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Support the development of effective recruitment strategies.
• Collaborate with other teams to align HR initiatives with business goals.

Job Requirements :

• Skills in recruitment, screening, hiring, sourcing, and end-to-end recruitment.
• Experience working with HR systems and analyzing data to inform decisions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with talent acquisition principles and practices is desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Graduation is mandatory. MBA or equivalent/ Post Graduation is preferred.
• The engagement will be on a Retainership basis for a fixed term of 1 year.
• Up to 1 year of relevant work/ internship experience in Talent Acquisition shall be preferred.
