Responsibilities

• Analyze daily Oracle Fusion error logs to identify and resolve employee data discrepancies.
• Update and maintain accurate employee records across HR systems, including Contingent Worker records.
• Apply international HR governance, compliance, regulatory, and employee lifecycle knowledge to HR data management.
• Troubleshoot HRIS data issues and manage service tickets through ServiceNow.
• Work independently with minimal oversight, exercising sound judgment and strong attention to detail.

Requirements

• Experience with HRIS systems, data structures, and employee data management.
• Oracle Fusion experience preferred but not required.
• SuccessFactors or Salesforce experience strongly preferred.
• ServiceNow ticket management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of international HR compliance and governance, with strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and data accuracy skills.
