Responsibilities ：

• Work with deal team on a variety of transactions in all stages, from initial target pitches to transaction closings.
• Communicate regulatory, financial information and complex strategic issues in a clear, concise and relevant manner to assist decision-makers in investment.
• Utilize research tools, conduct research and analysis.
• Ability to market services both to internal partners and external stakeholders, develop networks, and support efforts in developing and executing business development strategies.
• Ensure quality of deliverables by having a strong attention to details.
• Individual will be assigned a wide variety of projects and given as much responsibility as their experience and capabilities permit

Requirements

• Bachelor degree required,Accounting/Business/Economics/Finance degree preferred
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills with previous PE/VC, Consulting, Investment Banking, auditing experiences
• Outstandingal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
• The ability to multitask and work within a team environment and highly self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Ability to take ownership of a task and see it through from inception to completion
