Join our T & ITS Division and play a key role in shaping the next generation of telecom software systems. As an Analyst – IT Development , you'll analyze, design, and build software solutions that power international telecommunication and GSM Data Clearing services — directly impacting how the Corporation stays competitive on a global stage.

🎯 What You'll Own:

1. Support existing core projects and IT services; implement new solutions aligned with International Telecommunications Specifications and EDCH business needs.
2. Plan and roll out periodical hardware & software releases .
3. Evaluate emerging technologies and drive adoption to keep us ahead in the international arena.
4. Prepare and monitor work schedules for Sr. Programmers.
5. Conduct requirement analysis for new projects from end to end.
6. Deliver periodic progress reports to stakeholders.
7. Ensure compliance in development methodology, standards, and documentation.
8. Participate in software testing & approval cycles.
9. Stay sharp on state-of-art IT and GSM technologies .
10. Uphold security policies and procedures without compromise.
11. Train and mentor new national staff (GTs).

🎓 What You Bring:

Education 🎓: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Experience 💼: 5+ years in IT development or analysis.

Must-Have Technical Skills: ✅ Oracle PL/SQL Development ✅ Pro*C ✅ C / C++ ✅ Java ✅ Oracle APEX ✅ Python
