Analyst Java Developer, Trading System (Leading iBank, up to 40K)

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our business needs and IT solutions. Involve in system development and implementation.

• Work closely with various departments to ensure the successful implementation and development of IT projects such as financial applications, CRM systems, and AI development.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyses business requirements, map out processes, and work with the technical team for delivery.

• Ensure solid alignment with key stakeholders, including business owners/users, project team, and vendors.

• Conduct market research and feasibility studies.

• Design and implement IT solutions to meet business needs.

• Develop detailed project plans and timelines.

• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.

• Set up and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

• Support enhancement projects and maintenance activities.

• Prepare documentation and training materials for end-users.

• Troubleshoot and resolve related issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science or related field.

• 3-5 years relevant experience as an IT Developer/ Technical Business Analyst

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in English and Chinese

• Hands-on Java is a must

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Experience with setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.

• Familiarity with AI development and CRM systems is a plus.

• Knowledge in Linux

• Able to speak Mandarin will be a plus
