  • Experience supporting frontend applications built with Angular 14+ (or a strong equivalent like React/Vue with an ability to adapt to Angular).
  • Practical experience with supporting and operating solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services (e.g., Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud Functions, Cloud SQL, Pub/Sub). GCP certification (Associate Cloud Engineer) is a plus.
  • Proven experience monitoring and analyzing application performance using Dynatrace (or similar APM tools like AppDynamics, New Relic).
  • Strong proficiency in using Splunk for log analysis, querying, dashboarding, and alerting.
  • Familiarity with supporting microservices architectures and REST/GraphQL APIs.
  • Experience with incident management, problem management, and change management processes.
  • Strong understanding of database concepts (SQL and NoSQL) for troubleshooting data-related issues.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and diagnostic skills.
