Analyst - Legal Operations

Job Summary

Elevate is recruiting an Analyst to join our Legal Operations team.

Responsibilities

• Processing invoice management queries.
• Giving status updates, responding to customer queries, troubleshooting, attending meetings.
• Capturing various pieces of information related to matters that you support.
• Participating on task forces that strive to improve how Elevate services its customers and that enable our team to develop and grow.
• Performing other tasks, processing wide range of queries.

Experience

• 2-3 years experience of supporting and leading elements of operational improvement projects involving changes to process, technology and resourcing.
• Experience of fast-paced working environments with responsibility for delivering to demanding internal or external clients.
• Preferred: Prior experience with a consulting firm or experience of legal project management
• Large law department or law firm experience
• Working knowledge of core legal practice areas within a law firm/ legal department
• Experience of process mapping and improvement

Technical skills

• Good level of expertise with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Expertise in Google Suite (Gmail, Google Chat, Google Sheets, etc.); Expertise in Legal Tracker (formerly Serengeti)
• MS Project or similar project management software
• MS Visio or similar process mapping software
• Expert knowledge of Excel
• Experience with law firm technologies

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required
• Preferred: PMP, APMP or similar. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt+
