Analyst - Lending Services (Short-Term Contract)

Education/ Experience and Skills Requirement

• Graduate in business/sustainable finance/economics/data science, or a professional qualification such as CIMA, ACCA or CA, Sri Lanka (preference will be given to candidates with a sustainability-related qualification)
• Passion for sustainability-related work; knowledge of ESG reporting will be an added advantage
• Good research and analytical skills, with high attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities

• Capture relevant sustainable finance data independently
• Collect and analyse ESG data from borrowers’ sustainability reports
• Check the quality of deliverables
• Plan workflows and work with the team to meet deadlines
