Analyst - Managed Services

Elevate is recruiting a Legal Operations Analyst to join our Legal Operations team.

Specifically, the Legal Operations Analyst will

• Work on strategic customer engagements.
• Work as part of a team delivering process improvements in efficiency, financial control, and customer service.

Experience

• 2+ years of experience supporting and leading elements of operational improvement projects involving changes to process, technology, and resourcing.
• Experience in fast-paced working environments with responsibility for delivering to demanding internal or external customers.
• Prior experience with a consulting firm, large law department or law firm experience.
• Working knowledge of core legal practice areas within a law firm/legal department.

Technical Skills

• Experience with M365: Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with MS Project or similar project management software.
• Experience with any e-billing platforms, such as TeamConnect, LegalTracker, Onit, etc.
• Experience with law firm technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree required.
• Paralegal certificate is a plus but not required.

Compensation

• The pay rate for this remote-based role is $70,000-$75,000/year based on job-related skills, experience, level, and location. In addition, Elevate offers full-time employees a comprehensive benefits package and PTO.
