Analyst Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the Analyst and Merchandiser teams, setting clear performance targets, conducting regular coaching, and allocating resources to ensure operational excellence.
• Lead executive business performance reviews, translating complex analytical findings into strategic implications, commercial priorities, and actionable recommendations.
• Enhance the enterprise KPI monitoring framework, aligning warehouse and operational metrics with the Single Source of Truth (SSOT) across all support functions.
• Diagnose performance bottlenecks and root causes, deploying structured problem-solving frameworks to align cross-functional stakeholders on corrective actions.
• Orchestrate cross-functional strategic projects, including brand migration and operational transformations, while rigorously tracking post-implementation business impact.
• Deliver analytical models for business expansion, evaluating optimal brand placement across warehouse networks and driving cost-to-serve optimization.
• Drive operational cost-saving initiatives, analyzing warehouse consumable consumption and overseeing invoice validation to uphold financial integrity.
• Champion the integration of AI-powered forecasting and automation, collaborating with technical teams to enhance predictive accuracy and reporting efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in business analytics, operations analytics, or business performance reporting roles.
• 3+ years of proven leadership experience, with a track record of managing analyst teams, performance appraisal, and talent development.
• Deep domain expertise in end-to-end supply chain and warehouse operations, including KPI framework governance and fulfillment economics.
• Advanced technical proficiency in spreadsheet modeling (Excel & Google Sheets), with practical working knowledge of SQL for data extraction.
• Strong data visualization and dashboarding skills, capable of architecting intuitive dashboards and metric tracking suites.
• Demonstrated expertise in commercial and financial analytics, specifically cost-to-serve optimization, variance analysis, and operational cost audits.
• Proven project management capabilities, with the ability to manage simultaneous complex workstreams and balance competing business priorities.
• Practical familiarity with AI and automation tools, showing a keen aptitude to implement predictive forecasting and workflow automation.
• Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills, proficient in articulating analytical insights into persuasive business presentations.
