  • Execute transactions across multiple asset classes, with a particular focus on options and equities.
  • Follow advisor-directed trading activity throughout the day while maintaining timely and accurate execution.
  • Continuously assess and improve trading procedures, workflows, and processes to enhance efficiency and execution quality.
  • Communicate investment solutions, recommendations, and account analysis clearly to advisors, providing the rationale behind portfolio management decisions.

  • 1–3 years of experience in investments, financial analysis, portfolio management, trading, or a related field.
  • General understanding of common options trading strategies and their application within investment portfolios.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong ability to work with financial data and analytical models.
  • Experience with Bloomberg, Orion, Moxy, or other order and trade management platforms is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a careful and detail-oriented approach to investment and trading activities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain investment analysis and recommendations to advisors and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a time-sensitive trading environment while maintaining accuracy and sound judgment.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working collaboratively within a high-performing investment team.
