This role bridges the gap between trading desks, operations, and external resource requirements, ensuring efficiency and compliance across the board.
You’ll work closely with Global Finance and Global Equity business lines, as well as Wealth Management areas when needed. Collaboration with the Corporate Tax Advisory team and international offices will be central to your success.
Your Job

- Act as a subject matter expert in cross-functional initiatives involving New Products, Operations and tax-operations-related processes.
- Review and assess operational risk events related to tax matters.
- Contribute to selected business and regulatory transformation initiatives.
Your Team
The Financial Resource Management team partners closely with Capital Markets traders and Business Heads to advise on optimal allocation of financial resources. The team oversees business development and evaluates capital, liquidity, regulatory, and tax operations processes for efficiency. It also leads critical regulatory projects impacting Capital Markets and, when needed, Wealth Management.
You will report to the Managing Director, Financial Resource Management. The team values collaboration, agility, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment.
This role may be based in Montreal or Toronto and requires working on-site five days per week. For candidates interested in an international opportunity, a similar position is also available in London, UK.
