Analyst - Part Supply (Contract)

Mission and Main Objectives:

To focus on optimizing service parts procurement/ inventory/ supply, and to achieve the best parts procurement & supply performance with lean inventory control.

Responsibilities:

• Plan service parts procurement and inventory
• Place service parts procurement orders to local and imported suppliers
• Expedite service parts procurement by local and imported suppliers
• Instruct local suppliers to improve their procurement performance (on time delivery)
• Manage regulation related with service parts supply by local and imported suppliers
• Ensuring effective coordination between all related functions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 years experience in service parts procurement, inventory management, or supply chain operations.
• Experience in coordinating with local and imported suppliers, including expediting and improving procurement performance.
• Good command of English.
• Proficient in computer programs such as MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and other relevant software tools.
• Knowledge of the automotive industry is an advantage.
