Analyst (Pre-Sales)

Bid Management:

• Managing RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, including coordination with internal stakeholders
• Create of proposal documents, pricing models, and compliance checklists
• Prepare bid plans, track bid progress, maintain documentation, ensuring accuracy and do post-bid analysis
• Track and report on proposal success rates, identifying areas for improvement
• Analyze client requirements and assist in mapping solutions to business needs
• Participate in client meetings and document key takeaways and action items
• Collaborate with SMEs to prepare client presentations, demos, and solution documents
• Experienced in implementing secure development methodologies, ensuring robust protection of sensitive data and systems integrity.

Qualifications:

• B.E. /B.Tech., MBA with a focus in Marketing, Strategy, or General Management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with AI tools is a plus
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
