Analyst Programmer

Job Duties:

• Design and develop automated systems and applications to enhance operational efficiency
• Liaise with business units, gather and analyze business requirements, prepare functional specifications
• Participate in validation and evaluation of AI outputs, including prompt tuning, result quality checks, and basic performance monitoring
• Coordinate AI implementation projects from concept through deployment and operational support
• Engagement in projects that enhance business processes
• Support the development and implementation of automated systems
• Ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• Degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI or a related field
• Minimum 3 years experience of application development
• Proven hands‑on experience with LLM‑based applications, including prompt engineering, RAG
• Solid understanding of SDLC and experience in requirements gathering and documentation
• Experience with low code development, Java programming, SQL, Python, Node.js
• Knowledge of software development principles and programming languages
• Knowledge of cloud applications and Microsoft Power Automate
• Self-driven work attitude, Independent and willing to learn
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
