Analyst Programmer - Java

You will drive key digital transformation initiatives by developing, optimizing, and sustaining critical enterprise IT applications. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams across the entire SDLC to deliver secure, highly scalable Java-based solutions and responsive web components that directly support organizational operational efficiency and core business services.
Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications using Java EE and Spring Framework
• Develop robust relational database objects and optimize complex SQL/PL/SQL queries in Oracle environments
• Implement scalable RESTful web services and integrate front-end user interfaces using modern web technologies
• Perform end-to-end SDLC activities including system analysis, coding, testing, deployment, and technical support
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members to troubleshoot bugs, refine application performance, and meet technical requirements
• Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, and system change requests in line with IT standards

Requirement

• Recognized degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of post-undergraduate IT application development experience, including 2 years in a comparable capacity
• Solid proficiency in Java EE, Spring Framework, and relational databases (Oracle/PL/SQL)
• Practical experience or knowledge in IBM WebSphere, REST APIs, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., ReactJS)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills within an SDLC framework
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
