JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Analyst Programmer – Salesforce with strong expertise in Salesforce Systems Analysis, ETL, Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and application development. The ideal candidate should have experience managing developers/resources and working in a cross-functional environment.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Systems Analyst.
• 3+ years of experience with Informatica or similar ETL tools.
• Experience in ETL analysis, design, and testing.
• Experience managing or coordinating multiple resources/developers.
• Competent Systems Analysis and Design skills.
• Working knowledge of SDLC stages, major tasks, and deliverables.
• Competent programming skills in at least one supported platform.
• Knowledge/experience in Source Code Control procedures.
• Knowledge/experience in Release Management practices.
• Knowledge/experience in Configuration Management practices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform systems analysis and design based on business and technical requirements.
• Analyze, design, develop, test, and support Salesforce-based solutions.
• Work with Salesforce platforms and related systems to deliver business solutions.
• Analyze and design ETL processes using Informatica or similar ETL tools.
• Perform and support ETL testing and data validation activities.
• Coordinate and manage multiple developers/resources across projects.
• Participate in major SDLC activities, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Apply programming skills in supported platforms and technologies.
• Support Source Code Control procedures and version management.
• Participate in Release Management activities and ensure proper implementation of releases.
• Support Configuration Management practices across development and production environments.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Collaborate with business users, developers, QA teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain technical and system documentation.
