What they need
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain CRM application and development.
- Build and maintain REST APIs and integrations.
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve performance.
- Participate in code reviews and testing.
- Write simple technical documentation and runbooks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3-8 years system development experience, nice to have focusing on CRM (e.g., MS Dynamic/ Salesforce etc).
- Experience with Java, C#, .NET, Python etc.
- Experience in AI Development such as Claude Code, Copilot.
- Experience with Git and CI/CD basics.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
