Analyst – Property Development

Job Descriptions:
You will contribute to market research and feasibility studies on new business opportunities, as well as analysis of market comparables as assigned. You will assist in the development of business plans and analysis reports aimed at enhancing profitability. Your responsibilities will include preparing financial models, forecasts, and research reports, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to support the evaluation of potential asset acquisitions or property-related projects.

Requirements:

• Degree holder from Real Estate / Finance / Accounting or related discipline
• Good research skills with hands on experience in creating sophisticated financial and business models
• 1 - 2 years’ working experience as financial analyst or research analyst preferably in the property development sector
• Excellent communications and presentation skills in both English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Willing to learn, good interpersonal skills and a good team player
• A logical thinker, detail-oriented and able to excel under intense pressure
• Fresh graduates with strong analytical sense and proactive attitude are welcome
