Analyst, QC / Technician, Lab

1. Quality System Implementation - Implement and comply with Quality System documents by performing testing and analysis strictly in accordance with approved procedures and documentation requirements.
2. Sample and Sampling Management - Receive, document, and manage samples from production with proper record-keeping. Conduct sampling according to established procedures and maintain accurate record**.**
3. Microbiological and Chemical Testing - Maintain GMP-compliant laboratory records and support validation activities.
4. Laboratory Equipment and 5S - Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment. Ensure proper housekeeping, cleanliness, and organization in line with 5S practices.
5. Reference Standards and Chemical Handling - Use reference standards and chemicals adherent to procedures and documentation requirements.
6. Training and Compliance - Participate in relevant training programs, pass assessments and implement tasks in compliance with established standards.
7. Other tasks assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma or higher qualification in a related science field, with min of 3 years' working experience as a Technician, Lab in manufacturing industry or pharmaceutical industry
2. Experienced with Gas/ Liquid Chromatography, experienced with material identification testing method such as, Infrared (IR), near Infrared (nIR), UV-Vis Spectroscopy etc., preferably with GMP experience, good with documentation handling
3. Able to work in shift schedule
