Analyst, Risk Management

Overview

The Analyst / Senior Analyst, Risk Management plays a key role in supporting the development and implementation of a robust risk management framework, while helping to foster a strong risk awareness culture across the organization.

Major Responsibilities

• Support the department in executing the regular enterprise risk management (ERM) program including:
• Conduct site visit reviews to identify potential risks.
• Monitor risk indicators and report the observations.
• Support enterprise risk assessment exercise.
• Conduct ad hoc risk assessments for the internal control of emerging or potential key risk areas.
• Prepare materials for management reporting.
• Support the preparation and follow-up of external internal audit exercises.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in risk management, internal audit or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business or a related discipline.
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
• Strong data analytics and research skills.
• Experience with Copilot, AI or automation tools would be an advantage.
• Willing to travel to Chinese Mainland as required.
• Candidates with more experiences will be evaluated as Senior Analyst
