Analyst, Sales Analytics (contract)

***Hybrid role working onsite 2-3 days/week in our Dallas, TX (preferred) or McLean, VA office***

Job Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic Sales Analytics team in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting reporting, analysis, and operational processes across the Managed Transient portfolio. This position is well-suited for a highly organized and analytically curious professional who thrives on managing recurring deliverables, maintaining data integrity, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to drive scalability and continuity across critical business workstreams.

Responsibilities:

• Execute recurring reporting and analytics deliverables while ensuring data quality and accuracy
• Support stakeholder reporting needs, ad hoc requests, and operational processes
• Maintain documentation, business definitions, and knowledge management materials
• Improve team scalability through process standardization, cross-training, and coverage support

Skills:

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a curiosity for data
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including working with large datasets
• Experience with recurring reporting processes and ensuring data accuracy
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement
• Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools preferred

Experience:

• 1+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, business intelligence, operations, or a related field
• Experience supporting sales, commercial, hospitality, or travel-related business functions is a plus
