Analyst - Space Control & Operations

About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Analyst – Space Management & Operations to join our Space Management team. The successful candidate will support vessel space utilization, cargo planning, forecasting, performance reporting, and coordination with local, regional, and global stakeholders to ensure efficient operations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage space allocation for assigned services to support vessel utilization and operational efficiency
• Analyze cargo volume figures, prepare forecasts, maintain KPI dashboards, and submit weekly utilization reports
• Maintain accurate operational records, tracking files, and internal reporting systems
• Coordinate with global headquarters, front office teams, planners, transshipment teams, and other relevant stakeholders
• Communicate schedule changes and provide timely updates to concerned teams
• Learn and utilize internal systems and tools to support operational workflows and reporting requirements
• Ensure accurate data reporting and compliance with daily and weekly reporting deadlines

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 0–2 years of relevant work experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, particularly VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
• Strong analytical, organizational, and data management skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to meet strict reporting deadlines
• Willingness and ability to learn new systems and operational tools
• Ability to coordinate effectively with local, regional, and global teams
