Produce the reliable daily view of store performance and the footfall denominator behind conversion. Prepare analysis and evidence for Governance Lead approval.

  Key responsibilities

• Prepare the 09:30 report for sales, conversion, AOV, UPT, AMS, PSPD and billable footfall against approved baselines.

• Reconcile Tango counts with store-reviewed footfall and classify tagging, non-customer, downtime, zone and camera issues.

• Maintain the standard zone taxonomy, map version register, camera adequacy and uptime issue log.

• Identify persistent store, city, region, weekday and hourly performance exceptions and prepare root-cause hypotheses.

• Coordinate manual-count validation and disclose observed, corrected and estimated footfall separately.

• Prepare the corrected monthly footfall file for Governance Lead sign-off and Marketing use.

• Retain reproducible source files, control totals, exception notes and approved adjustments.

  Performance measures

• 09:30 SLA: Draft report complete on every trading day

• Reconciliation: All material Tango gaps investigated and classified

• Issue ageing: Camera, zone and tagging issues carry owner and due date

• Data integrity: Published totals reconcile to approved sources

• Insight quality: Persistent exceptions converted into usable management actions

  Authority and boundaries

May challenge source data and recommend that a metric be marked unreliable. Final definitions, publication and escalation remain with the Store Governance Lead.

Candidate profile

• Three to five years in retail MIS, business analysis or store operations analytics.
• Advanced Excel and working BI, reconciliation and data-validation capability.
• Strong numerical reasoning and clear business communication.
• Graduate in business, commerce, statistics, engineering or related field.
