Analyst - Supply Chain Application Support

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Analyst - Supply Chain Application Support with good knowledge of Supply Chain / Procurement processes and hands-on experience in Purchase Orders (PO), GRN, Invoice Processing and Return to Vendor (RTV) processes.

You will be responsible for managing day-to-day support activities, handling support tickets through Jira, coordinating with relevant teams for issue resolution, and interacting with international clients and stakeholders. Strong spoken and written English communication skills are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for Supply Chain / Procurement-related processes
• Handle and resolve issues related to:
• Purchase Orders (PO)
• GRN / Goods Receipt
• Invoice Processing
• Return to Vendor (RTV)
• Manage incidents, service requests and support tickets using Jira
• Create, update, prioritize and track Jira tickets through resolution
• Monitor open tickets and ensure timely follow-up and closure
• Investigate reported issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution
• Handle escalations and provide timely updates to stakeholders
• Participate in client calls, discussions and regular status meetings
• Communicate clearly and professionally with international clients and stakeholders
• Provide regular status updates on open issues, pending actions and resolutions
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of support issues
• Maintain proper documentation of issues, actions taken and resolutions
• Identify recurring issues and support appropriate corrective actions
• Independently manage and prioritize multiple support requests based on urgency and business impact

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 5–8 years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, Functional Support, Supply Chain Support or similar roles
• Good understanding of Supply Chain / Procurement processes

Hands-on experience with:

• Purchase Orders (PO)
• GRN / Goods Receipt
• Invoice Processing
• Return to Vendor (RTV)
• Hands-on experience with Jira for ticket and incident management
• Experience in Incident Management and Issue Resolution
• Experience in Escalation Management and Stakeholder Coordination
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
• Ability to confidently communicate with international clients/stakeholders
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to independently manage, prioritize and follow up on support tickets
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills

Ideal Candidate Profile

1. The ideal candidate should have a combination of Supply Chain / Procurement knowledge and Application Support experience.
2. The candidate should be comfortable handling PO, GRN, Invoice and RTV-related issues, managing tickets in Jira, coordinating with relevant teams, and communicating confidently with international clients and stakeholders.
3. The candidate should demonstrate strong ownership of day-to-day support activities and the ability to manage multiple issues effectively.
