Analyst to Associate, Trader, Institutional Equities

Job Responsibilities:

• Precisely execute equity, bond, futures and structured product transactions on behalf of institutional clients.
• Provide timely market updates, investment analysis and professional trading recommendations to clients.
• Maintain close cooperation with sales and product teams to deliver high-value integrated client services.
• Take part in trading system development projects, including drafting user requirements, performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and supporting system launch and implementation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to troubleshoot operational issues and establish long-term risk prevention mechanisms.
• Accept flexible work arrangements including shift duties and public holiday on-call services in Hong Kong as instructed by supervisors.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above, major in Finance, Economics or related disciplines preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant working experience in Hong Kong financial market is required. Experience in buy‑side / sell‑side institutional equity trading is highly preferred.
• In-depth professional knowledge and practical working experience in diversified financial instruments.
• Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, presentation ability and problem-solving capability.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese, proficient in both Cantonese and Mandarin, with outstanding Mandarin proficiency.

• 代表客户精准执行股票、债券、期货及结构化产品相关交易操作
• 定期向客户发送市场动态、投资洞察及专业交易建议
• 与销售团队、产品团队紧密协作，为客户提供增值综合服务
• 参与系统优化及开发项目，负责业务需求梳理、用户验收测试（UAT），协助系统上线落地
• 联动公司内各部门排查业务问题，制定并落实风险防范优化措施
• 配合上级安排各项突发及临时工作，接受轮班、香港公众假期值班安排

任职要求：

• 大学本科或以上学历，金融、财经、经济相关专业优先
• 需拥有 2 年或以上香港金融市场相关工作经验；拥有买方 / 卖方机构权益交易实务经验者优先考虑
• 具备扎实金融产品专业知识及丰富市场交易实务经验
• 具备优秀人际沟通、公开汇报及问题应对解决能力
• 中英文书写及口语流利，精通粤语、普通话，普通话能力尤为突出
