Analyst Trainee – SSM

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support policy administration and operational processes.
• Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare reports and maintain process documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve queries and complete tasks within agreed timelines.
• Adhere to process guidelines, compliance requirements, and service standards.
• Participate in training programs and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (BE/B.Tech graduates are not eligible).
• 0-1 year of experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Prior experience in customer service or a call center environment is an advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Good analytical ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage pressure.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
