What you'll be doing:

Develop and manage a laboratory program for sampling, testing, and retaining raw materials, WIP, and finished products, focusing on Global Dental Cream, Liquid personal care, and Bar soap products, in line with QS 024, GMP, TGA/PICs, and local regulations.

• Oversee testing compliance with standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure equipment calibration and maintenance.
• Conduct routine test procedures and operate lab instruments.
• Apply safety measures, handle reagents, and manage waste disposal per regulations.
• Document data interpretation, reporting, and record-keeping.
• Translate corporate methods and ensure precise adherence to lab procedures.
• Coordinate equipment qualifications (IQ, OQ, PQ).
• Address problems and drive continuous improvement.
• Train and coach Analytical lab staff.
• Engage in and report on internal audits.
• Collaborate with GMP, Quality Audit, and GTC teams, and assist during external audits.
• Validate analytical methods for key release specifications and manage LIMS compliance.
• Support local pre-manufacturing trials and proactively engage in continuous improvement projects.
• Perform Analyst Qualification for methods transferred to the site, adhering to standards.
• Support the local manufacturing factory during the validation of local processes and equipment.

What we're seeking:

• B.E. or B.Sc. degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Science, or a related field
• 3 years of laboratory experience in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or consumer products industries
• Strong knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control.
• Familiarity with GMP, USFDA guidelines, and TGA/PICs is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with leadership skills.
• Experience in digitalization for dashboard visualization and lab automation, or software applications such as LIMS, SAP, ECM, etc.
• Good command of English.
• Able to work in Amata City Industrial Estate, Chonburi.
