Analytics and Corporate Strategy, Senior Executive

Job Responsibility

1. Apply statistical and analytical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business and risk decision-making.
2. Support analytics initiatives across claims management, underwriting effectiveness and distribution performance by preparing data and analysis outputs.
3. Assist in creating reports, dashboards, and tracking tools to monitor management actions and key performance indicators on a timely basis.
4. Assist in developing and enhancing analytical tools and methodologies under guidance from senior team members.
5. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
6. Document data processes, assumptions, and methodologies to ensure transparency and repeatability.

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science or equivalent.

• Preferably with 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field and also open for fresh graduates.

• Experienced with or working knowledge of machine learning models.

• Advanced Excel skills, with experience using statistical software and data platforms such as Python, R, Alteryx, and Power BI.

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex datasets.
