The position focuses on enhancing decision-making processes by providing a clear understanding of complex data sets and supporting strategic initiatives through data-driven recommendations. Collaboration with different stakeholders to align data analysis with business goals is a key aspect of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation within analytics projects.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (PBI).
• Strong skills in data modeling, data transformation, and report development using Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (PBI).
• Experience in designing and implementing interactive dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights effectively.
• Ability to work with large and complex data sets to extract meaningful information and support business objectives.
• Familiarity with data integration techniques and working knowledge of various data sources and formats.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to address business challenges through data-driven solutions.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (PBI).
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
