We are currently hiring for the following position

POSITION Title: Analytics- Business Intelligence Unit

Location: Chennai/Hyderabad

Exp: Minimum 12+ years experience

Qualifications and Skills : Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Computers or a related quantitative field Engineering / MBA background from a premier institute is preferred.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Analytics will drive enterprise data science and analytics initiatives to deliver business value and strategic insights. Lead and mentor high-performing analytics teams, fostering a strong data-driven culture. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify priorities and translate them into impactful solutions. Ensure scalable, production-ready analytics capabilities aligned with organizational goals.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Define and execute the enterprise analytics strategy aligned with business objectives. Lead and scale data science and analytics teams, ensuring high performance and capability building. Drive stakeholder engagement across functions to identify, prioritize, and deliver high-impact use cases. Oversee development of advanced analytics and AI solutions for decision-making and business growth. Establish robust data governance, quality, and best practices across the analytics ecosystem. Ensure deployment of scalable, production-ready analytics solutions with measurable outcomes. Monitor performance, track business impact, and continuously optimize analytics initiatives
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strong expertise in Data Science, Business Analytics, and AI/ML frameworks.
• Proficiency in SQL,Python, Databricks, and PySpark for large-scale data processing and model development.
• Proven experience in leading and scaling analytics teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with senior leadership.
• Experience in driving enterprise-level analytics strategy and execution.
• Solid understanding of data governance, architecture, and modern analytics tools.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business impact.
