Job Summary:
We are looking for an Analytics Consultant with strong experience in data analytics, statistical analysis, and AI/ML to deliver data-driven insights and support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python/R, statistical techniques, and AI/ML.
- Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar tools.
- Translate business requirements into actionable analytical insights and recommendations.
- Work with stakeholders to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Experience in Banking, FinTech, Payments, Merchant Acquiring, Cards, or Retail Banking is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelore's in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Proven track record of 5+ years in a data analytics or consulting role, with demonstrable success in delivering impactful insights.
- Expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning, and data mining techniques, with hands-on experience in their application.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python or R, and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
