We are exclusively partnering with a fast-growing, boutique Data & Analytics consultancy operating across the UK & Ireland. They specialize in turning Microsoft data into trusted decisions, cutting client reporting times by an average of 70% across 15+ industries.

Their mission is simple: empower organizations with data-driven insights that directly improve financial and business performance. Blending deep technical capability with commercial acumen, they build solutions tailored to how businesses actually operate.

As part of their ongoing growth, they are looking for an Analytics Engineer to join their Leeds-based team.

What You’ll Be Doing

This isn't a role where you hide behind a screen and push code into the void. It’s a hands-on position with real visibility where you’ll bridge the gap between heavy technical architecture and genuine business value.

• 🛠️ Collaborate with an agile, high-performing team to build scalable, end-to-end data platforms using Microsoft Fabric and Azure.
• ⚡ Pipeline Perfection: Construct slick, efficient ETL/ELT pipelines and analytics-ready data models.
• 🏗️ Architect for Scale: Balance performance, cost, and long-term sustainability
• 🎯 Drive Impact: Help build the foundation that good, confident decisions are made on.
• 📊 Power BI development experience to help deliver clear commercial value to end-users.
