We're partnering with an innovative, rapidly growing technology organization seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to help build and scale a modern data platform that drives strategic decision-making across the business. This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of analytics, data engineering, and business operations, creating high-impact data products used by senior leadership and technical teams alike.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data models that serve as the foundation for analytics and reporting across multiple business functions.
• Partner closely with stakeholders to translate complex business processes into trusted, reusable data assets and metrics.
• Build and support data pipelines that integrate data from multiple systems into centralized analytics environments.
• Drive best practices around data quality, governance, testing, and deployment workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and leadership teams to identify opportunities where data can improve business performance and decision-making.
• Contribute to the ongoing evolution of a modern cloud-based analytics ecosystem utilizing leading data technologies.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in an Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or highly technical Analytics role.
• Advanced SQL expertise and programming experience with Python or similar languages.
• Experience with modern data platforms and tools such as dbt, Redshift, Looker, Tableau, Palantir Foundry, or related technologies.
• Strong background designing scalable data models and supporting production-grade analytics environments.
• Proven ability to work directly with business stakeholders and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Important Requirements

• This position is 100% onsite in Costa Mesa, CA.
• Candidates must already reside within a reasonable commuting distance or be independently willing to relocate.
